Bridal Parties
Planning a wedding is stressful.
Sometimes you need to take time to sit back and enjoy the moment.
Schedule a "Bridal Party" for you and your attendants to come in and browse through our collections.
Your "Bridal Party" will take place after normal business hours and our salon will be open only to you and your guests.
(There is a deposit required for this service.

Policies
Appointments - No appointments are necessary.
Every customer is welcome on a walk-in basis.
If our hours are not convenient for your schedule please CLICK HERE to schedule a before or after hours appointment.
We suggest scheduling a "Bridal Party" for you and your guests to have the option to browse through our collections together!
Dress Advance - If you are interested in a particular gown not seen on our website or in our salon, it may be possible for us to get the gown for you.
We will attempt to obtain the gown for you to view and try on before you are obligated to purchase it.
There is a one-time fee for this.

Orders - All documents must be signed and deposits received before order can be placed.
For bridesmaid orders, signed documents and deposits must be received from all bridesmaids before order can be placed.
For out-of-town members of bridal party please contact us.
Deposits - A minimum deposit of 50% is required on all merchandise; balances due at time of pickup or within two weeks after merchandise arrives in the store.
Payments are non-refundable if order is cancelled. There is a $35 return check fee.
Payment - We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express cash or check. All final payments must be paid by cash or credit.
All merchandise will be shipped to our salon unless otherwise specified at time of order.
Additional shipping charges may apply based on type of order and/or destinations outside of United States.
Colors - It is possible for dye lots to vary from the samples and swatches sent to us by the designer.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color and/or fabric you choose will exactly match the colors on display.
Sizing - Designer size charts may vary.
Your consultant will work with you to decide which size should be ordered for you.
We suggest out-of-town clients have their measurements taken professionally in a formal wear shop, dry cleaner or tailor.
Please contact us if this is not possible.
You may require additional length on your garment if you are above 5'7 in height (which may incur an additional charge).
Additional length options are not available through every designer.
Although, your consultant will order the size of your gown based on your measurements, the gowns are not custom made and alterations are usually needed.
Delivery - Every designer has a different lead-time for producing a particular gown.
We recommend that brides order their gowns approximately 9 months prrior to their wedding date and allow 4-6 months to receive bridal gowns. Bridesmaids should order approximately 6 months prior to their wedding date .
Rush service is offered by many designers for an additional fee.
